Andrew is the second generation to lead PPCP. Andrew grew up involved in the business. He started working at PPCP through his teen years and continued to work in manufacturing roles throughout high school and college. After completing his degree from Temple University he became involved full time in the business. He received his MBA from Lebanon Valley College in May 2007. After holding many key positions, he became the President of PPCP in 2007 and the owner in the Fall of 2008. Andrew is keenly focused on taking this company to new levels under his leadership. Andrew is happily married to his wife Heather, an elementary school teacher, and they have been blessed with two beautiful daughters. Andrew's interests include involvement in his church, golfing, and hunting.
Richard Miller started PPCP in 1983. He grew the business from an idea into a multi-million dollar corporation. PPCP was a start up company and grew steadily under his ownership and direction. Richard sold the business to his son Andrew, but remains actively involved in a financial role within the organization. Richard and his wife Vohnie both graduated from Houghton College with degrees in Business Administration. They thoroughly enjoy having more free time to spend with grandchildren, travel, and other personal interests.
Paul has been involved in the technical aspects of investment foundries throughout his entire career. Paul joined PPCP in 1987 and brought outstanding skills in creating sound castings. He has been a leader in our organization since he arrived. Paul currently oversees Quoting and IT Services within the organization.
Rick joined PPCP when the company purchased Quality Investment Castings in 2003. Rick is extremely well versed in all aspects of creating sound processes within an investment casting facility. Rick oversees process control as well as first article sampling and leading teams dedicated to process improvement.
Mike was the first production employee hired at PPCP. Mike quickly proved to be a valuable leader and ran the operations of the company as it grew to current levels. In 2008 Mike switched gears to begin a focus on sales for the organization. Currently Mike and his team handle all aspects of customer relations, delivery compliance, customer retention, and new customer development.
Dan worked his way through the ranks at PPCP to arrive at his current position. Dan began his career at PPCP in a production position, but quickly demonstrated the work ethic and intelligence to move forward within the organization. Dan managed various production aspects before earning the Operations Manager position in 2008. Dan currently oversees all production aspects of PPCP and is heavily involved in process and lean initiatives within the plant.
Sandra has been involved in the Quality Control aspects of foundries throughout her career. After joining PPCP, she has taken our Quality Systems to new levels. Sandra is extremely well versed in the specifications that allow PPCP to be a valuable supplier to many industries including the nuclear field. She was instrumental in our PED certification and the development of our Quality System. Sandra hosts all external audits as well as auditing our supply base to ensure the strictest compliance and success.
Ken is the heart and soul of our materials oversight. Ken runs the lab where metals are analyzed and records the chemical and mechanical properties of every heat of metal poured at PPCP. Through his efforts and impressive knowledge base PPCP can ensure that we meet every specification directed by customers. Ken also aids the Technical Staff with running the CMM machine and working on first article casting orders.
Branden oversees the day to day financial aspects of PPCP. In addition to these tasks, he has taken an active role in the leadership and direction of the company. He is essential in all the areas of improvement at the plant and a valuable member of the management team.
Ross has been a member of the PPCP team since 2007. His roles include all Human Resource responsibilities as well as overseeing the purchasing of raw materials for the plant.
Jim is another member of our team that has spent his entire career working in the casting industry. After being involved in nearly every aspect of our operations, he is now working directly with customers to ensure their needs are met daily. Jim works to ensure orders leave our facility on time and that accurate information flows between our facility and the buyers of castings.
Sharon works closely with Mike Dissinger and Jim Hein to make sure customers are satisfied. Sharon is the primary contact for many buyers and has earned her reputation as an advocate for the buyers within the organization.
Rita spends much of her time in direct communication with customers. She provides pricing and delivery schedules in conjunction with the Sales Staff.
Rita converts customer purchase orders into PPCP work orders. This entails taking the time to ensure that every aspect of the order is understood and communicated into scheduling.
Judy takes over when orders are completed and ready to send to the customer facility. She handles the billing and paperwork needed to assure the proper shipment to the customer in accordance with their requirements.
