PPCP has created a proprietary system for tracking orders in real time throughout our facility. The impetus for the creation of this system was clear and simple: ON-Time Delivery. We know to be a world class supplier of investment castings we must deliver on what we commit. This system was built as a tool to help us manage and track orders internally. Once we completed the programming and started to use this system we were amazed by the results. We can track every order in the process stream with data including who worked on it, how long, and where it goes next. Because it is in real time, we can even track if an order is physically being worked on at any given moment.

The next logical step is to make this information externally available to customers. We have created a Customer Login function built into this web site that allows customers to have access to the status of their orders as they flow through our production process. This is designed to give instantaneous updates and transparency to the buyer.

We have made this function user friendly and easy to navigate. You do not need to be a foundry expert to understand how close your particular order is to being shipped.
